UC Student Health Insurance Claims 

United Healthcare is your claims processor.

Manage your account online through United Healthcare Student Resources.  Get access to claims status, EOBs, network providers, correspondence and coverage information by logging into My Account.  If you do not have an account, you can create one by using your 7 digit insurance ID number, and clicking on Create Account.

In order for claims information to be discussed between our office or a guardian/family member and the United Healthcare claims office, a PRA must be submitted via your UHCSR account. Please see the steps to submit a PRA (Personal Representative Appointment).

Once you login to your account you may have an action item that needs attention to ensure that your claims are paid out appropriately.  You must verify if you have other insurance to make sure claims are paid appropriately.
