Together we choose improvement groups for the next 12 months.

|Procedure Training||Provide the right amount of training and supervision for residents to safely perdorm procedures|
|Geriatrics||Improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes with regard to the care of older adults for all residents regardless of specialty choice|
|Coaching||Develop individualized learning plans for every resident within a growth mindset|
|Geographic Cohorting||Improve patient care by optimizing teamwork and accountability on the inpatient medical wards at University Hospital|
|Implicit Bias||Understand and mitigate implicit bias in residency training|
