COVID-19 Policies

SRFC does not offer COVID-19 testing. In addition, we do not see any patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, including:

  • Fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cough
  • Chills
  • Sore Throat
  • Congestion

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, and would like to get tested, please check the Health Collaborative’s testing page. These tests are available at no charge to anyone, regardless of immigration status. The Ohio Department of Health’s collection of testing centers is another resource with testing locations in Southwest Ohio.

We accept walk-in visits and appointments. You can schedule an appointment by calling our number. We usually hold our clinic on Saturdays from 9 AM - 11 AM. Please check our calendar for the next available clinic day.
