Who can be seen

Who can be seen?

  • You can receive care at SRFC if you meet all of the following:
  • You are an adult (at least 18 years old)
  • You do not currently have health insurance
  • You have an acute (new) medical problem, for example, a new pain or a rash*

*Currently, we do not care for long-term conditions that you have been treated for in the past, like refilling high blood pressure medications. We are happy to answer questions about whether we can treat your condition.

Other helpful information:

  • We do not ask for immigration status.
  • We do not offer prenatal or pediatric care at this time.

Services we provide

SRFC works similar to an urgent care. We are open on Saturdays from 9am-11am at the Healing Center in Springdale, OH.

The following services are available at our clinic:

  • Physical examination for acute (new) medical problems
  • Prescriptions to be filled at your preferred pharmacy
  • Translation in any language during medical visit
  • If you need services besides these, please see local affordable clinics

We do not treat medical emergencies. Please dial 911 if you need immediate help.


Saturdays from 9:00-11:00am.

We are accepting walk-in visits only at this time on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking at the Healing Center is free.

The Metro Bus route line #78 (Springdale - Vine) picks up and drops off right across from the Healing Center. For route information go to Metro Maps and Schedules.

COVID-19 Policies

SRFC does not offer COVID-19 testing. In addition, we do not see any patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, including:

  • Loss of smell, taste, or appetite
  • New onset shortness of breath
  • New cough
  • Fever > 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius) OR chills
  • Sore throat
  • Vomiting and/or diarrhea
  • Aching throughout the body
  • Headache
  • Fatigue not due to a known cause such as insufficient sleep

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, and would like to get tested, please check the Health Collaborative’s testing page. These tests are available at no charge to anyone, regardless of immigration status. The Ohio Department of Health’s collection of testing centers is another resource with testing locations in Southwest Ohio.
