COVID-19 Policies and Testing Information

SRFC does not offer COVID-19 testing. In addition, we do not see any patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, including:

• Fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
• Cough
• Chills
• Sore Throat
• Congestion

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, and would like to get tested, please check the Health Collaborative’s testing page. These tests are available at no charge to anyone, regardless of immigration status. The Ohio Department of Health’s collection of testing centers is another resource with testing locations in Southwest Ohio.

Vaccine Information

You can find out whether you are able to get the COVID-19 vaccine and local vaccination sites from the Ohio Department of Health. SRFC is unable to offer vaccinations to patients we see.
