Contact Meriden McGraw for more information.

We are mindful that over the course of this year, the wellness and stress levels of ourselves and that of our team members may continued to be challenged.

The Corporate Mindfulness Program at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Cincinnati is here to support you and your teams as many of us transition to working remotely.  Please see the below mindfulness practices that your team members can use to de-stress and recenter. These are evidence based, easy, simple and approachable techniques to keep steady and calm in times of uncertainty.  We hope you find them helpful.

Stress has been called the health epidemic of the 21st century, costing American businesses up to $500 billion a year.

Join corporations like Apple, Nike, Aetna, Intel, and Target who are investing in company-wide mindfulness and resiliency initiatives.

The Workplace Mindfulness team at the University of Cincinnati Center for Integrative Health and Wellness offers a range of programs for organizations using evidence-based mental resiliency skills for increased associate well-being, productivity, emotional intelligence, and capacity to manage stressful situations within the workforce.

All of our offerings (PDF) are comprised of didactics, guided experiential practices, and scientific evidence and rationale including the neuroscience behind these practices. Both formal and informal practices are taught so individuals learn how to both practice on their own and integrate these practices within the workday.

  • Mindfulness 101: a one-hour introduction to mindfulness in the workplace
  • Weekly Courses (4, 6, or 8 weeks; 30 to 60-minute sessions once a week)
  • Half Day and Full Day Retreats
  • Onsite Weekly Drop-in Sessions
  • Training Internal Personnel to hold Mindfulness Sessions
  • Leadership Sessions

Our team partners with each client to create a customized implementation and evaluation plan, addressing each company’s desired outcomes, for the largest company-wide impact. Unless a company chooses otherwise all of our programming is evaluated for impact and efficacy.

Our 8-week course has consistently shown statistically significant decreases in perceived stress and statistically significant increases in both resiliency and mindfulness.
