Mindfulness Offerings

Our mindfulness programs offer practical, evidence-based tools to help you navigate stress, improve focus, and reconnect with the present moment. Through guided meditation, gentle awareness practices, and supportive discussion, participants learn skills that can be applied in daily life—at work, at home, and during times of challenge.

Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or deepening an established practice, our classes provide a welcoming and inclusive environment to pause, reset, and build resilience. Offerings range from introductory sessions and ongoing practice groups to therapeutic series designed for individuals managing chronic health conditions.

All sessions are guided by certified practitioners experienced in mindfulness-based approaches and adapted to meet participants where they are. No prior meditation experience is required.

Here, you don’t just learn about health—you experience it. The programs offered in the UC Osher Wellness Suite are grounded in research and guided by experts in integrative health and lifestyle medicine.

UC Health Thrive & Be Well UC Points

UC Health Associates

UC Health associates are eligible for up to 200 THRIVE points per month for attending Integrative Medicine classes/events. How to redeem points in the THRIVE app: click on “Rewards.” Scroll down to “Integrative Medicine.” Fill in all required fields and upload proof (registration confirmation, etc.) then click “submit.”

Be Well UC - UC Faculty/Staff

Eligible faculty and staff can earn 1,000+ Be Well UC points in the Personify Health portal with UC’s employee wellness program for attending offerings with the Osher Center for Integrative Health, and earn up to $300 every calendar year. Get started by creating an account or logging in, click the “Home” icon near the top, then, click “Rewards”. Scroll (or search) to the “Participation” category. Click “Attend a UC sponsored event”. Fill out a brief form and submit!
