- To create a safe and authentic culture for Black students to openly and honestly assess their physical, mental, and emotional state and gain the appropriate support as they navigate their time at the COM.
- To plan events for Black students at the COM to engage with Black professionals in various fields to discuss and/or discover potential career opportunities (This will not only help support students, but also compensate for the current lack of minority faculty present at COM)
