The Emergency Radiology fellowship is a one-year program available to Board certified or Board eligible radiologists who have completed an ACGME-accredited radiology residency. This fellowship is not accredited.
The fellowship program provides advanced training in all modalities related to neuroimaging, abdominal imaging (including ultrasound), musculoskeletal imaging, cardiopulmonary imaging, and pediatric imaging with an emphasis on emergency radiology. Fellows will learn the skills to manage a busy and complex emergency radiology practice.
The program is well-rounded with varied experience that can serve as a solid foundation for a career in either academic medicine or private practice.

The primary goal of the fellowship is to produce graduates with a strong clinical background and expertise in Emergency Radiology. A secondary goal is to provide a "bridge" year between residency and practice, whether private or academic, to improve the fellow's confidence in functioning independently.
