2018
- Laura Conforti was awarded the Richard Akeson Excellence in Teaching Award. The award recognizes the contributions of the outstanding faculty in UC graduate programs who have gone above and beyond to aid in the education of students, researchers and scientists. Graduate students in the College of Medicine nominate faculty who they view as excelling in the area of teaching in the classroom and/or the lab.
