How to Apply

The UC Department of Anesthesiology offers ten four-year categorical positions each year through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). All applications should be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Please note that paper applications received outside of ERAS will not be accepted.

All applications should be submitted through ERAS using the following information:

ERAS application materials should include:

• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• USMLE scores
• Transcripts
• Dean's Letter
• 3 letters of reference
• ECFMG certificate for foreign medical graduates
