Apparent Age -
Looks his/her stated age, younger, or older
Physical Stigmata -
Facial and/or bodily features suggestive of a medical or genetic disorder (i.e. Downs Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome).
Hygiene -
Well-groomed, malodorous.
Eye contact -
Appropriate, moderate, minimal
Manner of Relating to the Examiner -
Guarded, seductive, angry, attentive, cooperative.
Case Notes
35y/o CF appears stated age, no physical stigmata, dressed in mismatched clothes with a tag still on her shirt, moderate hygiene, excessive make-up, appropriate eye contact, cooperative with interview, but irritable.
