Simulation Center Information Technology

The Simulation Center offers dynamic space and technology to help support research protocols where appropriate.

The Center utilizes Learning Space Enterprise software to manage and capture simulation sessions. Learning Space Enterprise  automates and manages all administrative aspects of simulation sessions including student room assignments, session schedules, session workflow, data and video capture, evaluation tool development and reports. 

The Simulation Center has 16 examination rooms  equipped with cameras to digitally record all encounters for the option of review, self evaluation and quality control. Each examination room is equipped with desktop computers (inside) and laptops (outside) each exam room.  In addition, cameras are strategically located in center to record SimMan events. 

The Simulation Center has a designated IT specialist on staff to provide complete support for all technology.
