Our focus is on harm reduction. Currently, there is no policy in Ohio requiring institutions of higher education to provide naloxone or opioid education plans within campus residence halls. We are advocating for the development and implementation of a policy that would require universities to establish and maintain an opioid emergency response plan, ensuring that lifesaving resources are readily accessible to students."
