Prasad Pattabhi received his Master’s in Molecular Microbiology at the University of Hyderabad, India. After graduation, he was a CSIR-JRF (The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Junior Research Fellow (JRF)- Project Associate under the supervision of Prof. Naresh Babu V Sepuri, where he studied oxidative protein folding and Fe-S cluster Regulation mechanisms for four years. Prompted by his expertise and interest in oxidative stress and cell death, Prasad has joined Scaglioni’s laboratory as Research Assistant in February 2023. He is currently assisting in several projects in focused on therapy resistance, lipid metabolism and ferroptosis in lung cancer.
