About Us

Overview of the program’s creation and funding

Operation Better Together (OBT) was founded to improve behavioral health and well-being among youth in our community through a collaborative, multi-agency approach.

Since its inception, OBT has partnered with a variety of local organizations, including schools, community agencies, and health providers, to deliver coordinated services that support youth and families. These collaborations have been central to the program’s success, allowing OBT to reach more children, address diverse needs, and integrate services across systems.

Over the years, OBT has focused on:

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with students and families
  • Providing accessible mental health support in schools and community settings
  • Coordinating with partners to enhance service delivery and sustainability

These partnerships have laid a foundation that continues to guide the program, even as specific collaborators change over time.
