Our Community Partners

We work closely with trusted local organizations to provide coordinated, holistic behavioral health care that meets people where they are. While we collaborate with many partners across the region, the organizations listed below are central to our work and help us deliver integrated, person-centered care that addresses mental health and substance use needs alongside housing, employment, education, healthcare, and justice-involved services.

In the near future, behavioral health appointments will also be offered at select primary care offices to further increase access to integrated care.
