The Early Intervention Program (EIP)

We provide free walk-in rapid HIV and hepatitis C tests, help from Peer Recovery Specialists, and connections to substance use care, infectious disease cares, and primary care. Harm reduction tools are available, including naloxone and fentanyl test strips. We also offer help and referrals for those affected by human trafficking.

Inpatient Consults

Our addiction consultation service cares for hospitalized patients who are struggling with substance use disorders. During your hospitalization, our specialized team of addiction physicians, social workers, and peer support specialists helps address complex withdrawal, start medications such as buprenorphine or methadone, and create a personalized plan to connect you with ongoing outpatient addiction treatment after discharge.

HIV and Opioid Use Disorder
Treatment Program

Our team provides buprenorphine treatment to ease cravings and withdrawal while you receive ongoing HIV care. Doctors, nurses and counselors work with you to build a personalized plan. We can also connect you with help for housing, transportation and other daily needs, making it easier to stay in treatment and focus on your goals.
