Research/Clinical Interests

The Kovall Lab is interested in understanding at the molecular level how transcription is regulated in the Notch signaling pathway. Aberrant Notch signaling underlies the pathogenesis of many human diseases, including congenital defects, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
