Dr. Minai's research interests include AI, neural networks, complex systems and networks, computational models of cognition and behavior, social networks, distributed multi-agent systems, text analysis, and computational linguistics. The major focus of his current research is on the computational analysis of text corpora as a way to elucidate the cognitive and social factors underlying creative thinking, innovation, and the evolution of ideas.
