My name is Bree Stepp, and I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and certification as an Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA). Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals ages K through 22 with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mild to severe behavioral needs in both specialized and public-school settings.

My experience includes conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention and safety plans, teaching functional communication, and implementing proactive, data-driven strategies. I value team collaboration and believe deeply in strong, ongoing communication with individuals and families I service.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to being a strong advocate for individuals whose voices may not always be heard—and to teach behavior like any other school subject, by making it understandable, accessible, and meaningful.

Outside of work, I’m enjoying life with a new pup and a new house that are keeping me happily on my toes!
