Roskin Research Lab

New technologies have greatly extended the amount of immunological data that can be collected from human samples. Sequencing has become massively parallelized and is being applied to immune receptors, as well as gene expression and genomic variation. The richness of the data will lead to a deeper understanding of immunology at a systems level.

Affiliated with the Divisions of Biomedical Informatics and Immunobiology, the Roskin Lab combines computational, bioinformatic, and molecular biology methods to study the adaptive immune system. Our goal is to integrate this abundance of data to better understand human disease, specifically studying changes in the immune receptor repertoire in the context of antigen exposure or immune disease.
