DESCRIPTION:This advanced Tai Chi class builds on the knowledge and skills 
 of Tai Chi Form Level 1 by including more details\, additional material\, 
 and further integration into daily practice\, offering a movement-based th

 and mindful awareness. Building on foundational Tai Chi principles\, this
