DESCRIPTION:Foundations and Practice of Mindfulness Meditation is an experi
 ential\, discussion-based offering designed to cultivate a deeper understa
 nding of mindfulness through both practice and reflection. Each week\, par

 ue centered on one of the nine attitudes of mindfulness\, offering a focus
 ed “deep dive” into the qualities that support mindful awareness in daily
