How to Apply
Applications are accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) [https://www.aamc.org/students/residents/]. Additional information regarding the program can be accessed via the American Medical Association's FREIDA Online [http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/education-careers/graduate-medical-education/freida-online.page?].
Other important points:
- To be competitive, a score of 225 or above on the USMLE Step I is desirable.
- A letter of recommendation from the Chair of the Department or Division of Urology at the applicant's medical school in addition to 3 letters from other medical school faculty are required.
- The Division of Urology at the University of Cincinnati sponsors visas on a case-by-case basis. No previous US experience is required.
- ECFMG certification is required at the time of application.
