The University of Cincinnati Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience Basic Research Division is comprised of scientific investigators with research interests that span multiple areas including anxiety, depression, learning and memory, post-traumatic stress disorder, obesity, addiction/ reward and social behavior.

We pride ourselves on being a tight-knit research community focused on conducting high quality basic and translational research in an effort to understand the underlying neurobiological mechanisms of complex disorders.
