The Medical Sciences Building (MSB), has long been home to UC's College of Medicine. The MSB houses College of Medicine laboratories, office, and classroom space, as well as Kresge Auditorium.

The medical bookstore and Donald C. Harrison Health Sciences Library span the space between the MSB and CARE/Crawley Building. The Department of Psychiatry also provides Collaborative Care Cystic Fibrosis services at the MSB.

The CARE/Crawley Building opened in 2008, providing 240,000 square feet of new space on UC’s medical campus, including lab, research, teaching and library facilities.

Central Clinic serves as an outpatient mental health agency for Hamilton and Butler counties, as a forensic clinic for Hamilton and Clermont counties, including the Municipal Court and the Court of Common Pleas, and home to The Resident Psychotherapy Clinic

UCMC Outpatient Building is a multi-specialty outpatient clinic located adjacent to UCMC. Among other departments, this building houses Psychiatry’s Resident Mood Clinic (RMC), STEDI Clinic, and Collaborative Care Transplant services.

The Daniel Drake Center has historically been known as a regional leader in stroke and recovery care, providing specialized inpatient and outpatient neurorehabilitative services. The Drake Center, combined with physicians and researchers from the University of Cincinnati's internationally-recognized Stroke Team and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation division, offers a comprehensive care continuum and a variety of services to help patients throughout their recovery. Services here include the HealthSouth inpatient rehabilitation facility, PM&R clinics, which include interventional pain procedures.

UCMC Psychiatric Services at Ridgeway is located on Burnet across the street from  UCMC. Ridgeway houses Psychiatric Inpatient Service and Psychiatric Emergency Service. These services were previously located at Deaconess Hospital and relocated in October 2016.
