Mindfulness in the Workplace
The UC Center for Integrative Health and Wellness is currently working to develop a Mindfulness in the Workplace program aimed at training local organizations to cultivate awareness, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to manage stressful situations within their workforce.
Analysis of mindfulness research has shown that creating a corporate culture of mindfulness not only improves focus, but the ability to manage tasks and collaboration among associates.
