Nominate an Unsung Hero

Do you know a College of Medicine graduate who may be living or working away from Cincinnati and achieving success on a truly noteworthy scale? Do you know a College of Medicine graduate who lives here in the region and does "under the radar" work such as community service, teaching, or providing medical care? If you can answer yes to any of these questions, nominate that someone to be a UC College of Medicine Unsung Hero. You can submit your nomination using our Online Nomination Form or printing the PDF version below and mailing to the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs.
