IvaDean Medical Student Scholarship Fund

	This fund was established to honor IvaDean Lair-Adolph, Assistant Dean of the College of Medicine. This annual fund will honor IvaDean's 40+ years of dedication to the College of Medicine, as well as her role as "the person who has contributed the most to making medical school manageable," according to the medical students she assists. The desire to honor IvaDean and the increasing need for scholarship funds at the College made this effort a natural fit. Medical student scholarships are essential to the growth and prestige of the College of Medicine. Now more than ever, it is important to make the UC College of Medicine a competitive, top ranking medical school that attracts the best students and faculty. Along with maintaining a competitive edge, it is crucial to assist students with the increasing challenge of financing a medical education.
