Ophthalmology Specialty Clerkship
Students will be exposed to general and subspecialty ophthalmology at the Cincinnati Eye Institute and at the University, Veterans, and/or Children's Hospitals. Students will be taught essential ophthalmic examination techniques, participate in patient examinations, and may have an opportunity to observe ophthalmic surgery.
Reading requirements include basic ophthalmology text by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a current manual on eye examination and diagnosis.
